Mainland UK (not including the Highlands)
Delivery Timescales – 1 to 2 working days. Not guaranteed.
Delivery Service – All orders are sent via UPS on a fast tracked service. If you would like the tracking number for your parcel please contact us. For smaller parcels we use Royal Mail.
Cost – 99p for x5 swatches only, £3.99 – £7.00 for all other parcels up to 25kg.
Highlands and Overseas
Delivery Timescales – 3 to 5 working days. Not guaranteed.
Delivery Service – All orders are sent on signed for services so we recommend sending to somewhere there will be someone to sign for it.
Cost – Individual prices to be calculated.
For orders placed outside of the UK, charges may be applied in line with local VAT/customs duty rates upon receiving your goods.

All couriers request a telephone number in case they have difficulty locating your address. No one will contact you for any other reason. We do not pass any of your details to anyone else.
All deliveries will require a signature by an adult over 18 years of age.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund on fabrics or trimmings which have been cut to a specific measurement or order unless damaged or faulty. Please order fabric swatches before you commit to ordering, all our fabrics are seconds, any faults/issues will be stated within the fabrics description, please check this before purchasing. For any other items please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your items to inform us you wish to return them. You must pay for the return of the item and ensure you send back to the correct address DESIGNER FABRIC OUTLET, STANDFAST & BARRACKS, CATON ROAD, LANCASTER, LA1 3PA. Once we have received the item back we will issue a full refund of the cost of the item(s) and original postage only.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in a saleable condition or damaged.
